In 1897, Irish pioneers George Langrishe Peet and William "Barney" Toole established Toole Peet in Calgary to deal in coal sales, real estate transactions and insurance. At that time, Calgary was a frontier farming and ranching town. In the meantime, the company celebrates its first century of service as a nationally respected enterprise, integrating distinct insurance and real estate departments and opens for more  business in the century at hand. In 2004, Toole Peet Real Estate, which makes a substantial impact to Calgary’s growth and prosperity, joins The Prudential Real Estate Network, and changes its name to Prudential Toole Peet Real Estate. Two of the most vital components of success in Real Estate are reliability and trust - Prudential Toole Peet provides a rock solid foundation. Prudential Financial and its "rock" logo were established in 1875, and have since carved Prudential’s name into strength, stability, integrity and trust. Prudential now serves 15 million customers in more than 30 countries around this world.
